Not only does KSC provide the internet service and IT solutions for corporate, it also offers software training and internet installation services. The training courses that KSC provide will teach our users how to use the software and handle basic problems.

KSC has opened its training center to provide software training for our customers. The training courses will teach knowledge about the new internet technologies and general technical topics. This will benefit users who want to gain some understandings and knowledge about the internet technologies as well as basic problem solving skills. The provided training courses are as follows:

1st Section IT Knowledge and Technical Skills

• Microsoft Windows for Corporate
  is suitable for a person who requires to adapt Microsoft Windows 2003 for an effective computer system managing to follow a corporate policy.
• Microsoft Windows Server Hardening
  is suitable for a person who requires to enhance the security system of Internet services which operates in Microsoft Windows 2000/2003/2003R2 in the area of Internet Information Service (IIS) ; Email service, Web Service, FTP Service, DNS Service. To stabilize and secure the Microsoft Windows system.
• Linux Advanced Web Server
  is suitable for a person who requires to use Linux Web Server. Starting from an installation of system, an enhancement of servers to reach the maximum capability. Includes an adjustment of the Web Server settings and the Web Application for a better security.
• Linux Network IDS
  is suitable for a person who requires to install the Intrusion Detection System (IDS) in order to monitor the network security as well as to analyze and promptly solve problems. The course also describes IDS centralizing, by connecting several IDS Sensors to the central IDS for analyzing the whole system.
• Linux Advanced Email Server
  is suitable for a person who requires to set up a corporate mail server and enhance the security to the email system.
• Linux Server Hardening
  is suitable for a person who requires to strengthen security to corporate Linux server and cut down treats from the Internet. Also increase the security standard of corporate servers.
• Linux Server for Monitoring

  Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 1 (ICND1)
  is suitable for network system beginners, network system administrators, network system engineers and is suitable for a person who needs to achieve the Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA.) The course provides basic knowledge about network, including Network Operation Process, Network Elements, and Basic Models of Data Communication- both theory and practice.
• CCNA Part 2
  Interconnecting Cisco Networking Devices Part 2 (ICND2)
  is a successive course of the ICND1 which provides advanced knowledge about network, includes VLAN concept, Trunk Port Settings, STP Operations, Routing Protocol Concept, the essential of Routing Protocol Configurations such as the OSPF and the EIGRP. Access Control List (ACL) Configuration, Principal and Configuration of NAT and PAT, IPv6 Introduction and Configuration on the Cisco Router, WAN Technology, PPP Configuration and Frame Relay.
• CCNA Express (Part1+2)
  is an intensive course combining the ICND1 with the ICND2. The course takes 1 day to complete key topics selected from the ICND1 and 5 days to finish the completed ICND2.

The course is focusing on the essential of Routing Protocol which is generally used in a corporate network, such as EIGRP, OSPF, IS-IS and BGP. Also describes theory, operation and configuration of each Routing Protocol includes Routing Update Management between 2 Routing Protocols.

    Building Multilayer Switched Networks
    BCMSN is for network system administrator, network system engineer and a person who requires to achieve the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). The course focuses on Switched Network in the area of Campus Infrastructure Module, describes theory, main function configuration of Switched Network such as Virtual LAN (VLAN), Spanning Tree (SPT), InterVLAN Routing, High Availability (HA.) Also describes Switched Network configuration in order to support voice and security system in Switched Network. Moreover, students will learn about the basic Wireless LAN technology, theory and configuration of Cisco Wireless LAN.
  • ISCW
    Implementing Secure Converged Wide Area Networks
    is suitable for network system administrators, network system engineers and a person who requires to achieve the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). The course focuses on the security, especially remote network connection. Starts from Broadband Technologies concepts (Cable and DSL), MPLS, VPN connection, Network Attacks Handling and Protection to Cisco Equipment Hardening, Concepts and configuration of Cisco IOS Firewall and Cisco IOS IPS.

    Optimizing Converged Cisco Networks
    is suitable for network system administrators, network system engineers and a person who requires to achieve the Cisco Certified Network Professional (CCNP). The course is about the Oos which is the necessary function for the Converged Network containing data voice and VDO on the same network structures. Describes the basic theory of the VoIP technology, configuration of each type of Oos and Cisco Auto Qos. Also describes the theory and configuration of the Wireless Security and WLAN System Management.
