Gold is a service connecting to the Internet via 4 Internet gateways which are JasTel-IIG , Tata Communication (VSNL International), TIG (True Internet Gateway), and SingTel both inbound and outbound under "Best Path" methodology. When gateway is shortage, gold's customers get higher prioritized. Gold's services traffic will be managerially switched to other available routes, thus being continually connected. This service is suitable for clients who concentrate on speed of sending-and-receiving information and need to be assured of high quality, efficiency, and stability corporate Internet service.

Silver is a service connecting to the Internet (Best Path) inbound via 2 Internet gateways which are JasTel-IIG and TIG (True Internet Gateway). When customers face emergency situation, they can connect to other line of Internet Gateway. Silver service is appropriate for clients whose major concern is about costs and service. Moreover, speed and Internet continually are second priority. Customers are still confident of high quality, efficiency, and stability of silver service as well.
